# Installation - Jobs

## Jobs datasource specification

This page describes the SAP SuccessFactors exports for syncing **Jobs** and
their **Job Families** into TechWolf, together with the export that links
Employees to their Job. TechWolf provides a templated integration definition for
each export. You import them into the Integration Center and point them at the
TechWolf SFTP server.

The Employee data itself is exported as described on the

### Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have the following:

* A valid TechWolf contract and access to a **live TechWolf tenant**.
* Credentials to the TechWolf
  [SFTP server <Icon icon="link" iconType="solid" />](/integrations/reference/sftp/sftp)
  to host the integration files, with a password or an SSH key. See
  [How To: Add an SSH Key to the Integration Center <Icon icon="link" iconType="solid" />](/integrations/datasource-integrations/sap-standard-input-integration/how-to-add-ssh-key-integration-center).
* An SAP support case to
  [whitelist the TechWolf SFTP server <Icon icon="link" iconType="solid" />](/integrations/datasource-integrations/sap-standard-input-integration/how-to-whitelist-sap-sftp-server).
* Access to either the **Integration Center** or the **Report Center** in your
  SAP SuccessFactors tenant, depending on the integration.

<Note>
  Integration Center and Report Center schedules run under the account of the
  user that creates them. We recommend setting up the schedules with a
  dedicated technical user rather than a named administrator account.
  Schedules created by a named account break when that account is deactivated.
  An administrator creates the technical user, grants it the permissions
  needed for the schedules, and proxies as it while creating them.

* Job Profile Builder is implemented in your SAP SuccessFactors environment.

    allows managing Job Roles and Job Families in SAP SuccessFactors. These
    entities are synced to the TechWolf SkillEngine API as Jobs and Job
    Families.

## Configuration

To allow data to flow from SAP to TechWolf, all report schedules or integration
definitions must be configured in the SAP SuccessFactors tenant. All definitions
have already been templated by TechWolf, and can be imported into the SAP
SuccessFactors environment by uploading those files.

  We recommend using the Integration Center if available in your SAP
  environment. Not all integrations support report-based data extraction.

### Integration Center

Follow the steps in

to create a new integration definition with the correct values for each export.
The integration definition files to start from are contained in the zip archive
below. SFTP credentials will be provided by TechWolf. SFTP details can be found
at
[SFTP details <Icon icon="link" iconType="solid" />](/integrations/reference/sftp/sftp#server-details).

### Report Center

Due to the nature of the integration, the data that is needed for this
integration cannot be exported through the Report Center.
